It was a perfect night to grill. Mike planned an amazing dinner and the light was just right to capture his grillmaster skills in action. Tonight he made Balsamic Glazed Pork Chops with Grilled Baby Potatoes & Green Beans with Sesame Vinaigrette. The recipes are from Epicurious which everyone should check out. The wide range of recipes are just as delicious as they look. The one alteration Mike suggests is with the potatoes. Instead of using sprigs of Rosemary through the middle of the potatoes, just season them with Rosemary instead to get more of that flavor to come through. I couldn't get a picture of the finished plates because we were way too excited to stuff our faces.
